Experience Lourdes at Your Local Parish through a Lourdes Virtual Pilgrimage

Lourdes Virtual Pilgrimage

What’s a Lourdes Virtual Pilgrimage?  It’s a 90 minute prayerful experience that brings Lourdes to you.  You will learn about Bernadette and Our Lady’s message to her and be able to touch grotto rocks and water from the spring at Lourdes.  The event usually includes a Eucharistic Blessing and recitation of the rosary.  Since the first Virtual Pilgrimage was offered in 2004, over 100,000 pilgrims have experienced Lourdes in their local community.

Pope Francis has issued a Papal decree offering a plenary indulgence to anyone making a pilgrimage to Lourdes or experiencing Lourdes in a Virtual Pilgrimage with North American Lourdes Volunteers under the usual conditions.

This program is done completely by volunteers and exists off from free will donations to not only run the program but to bring the water from Lourdes to the United States and to bottle it.  Please consider giving a free will donation if you attend one of the events.

If you would like to arrange for a Virtual Pilgrimage at your parish or school visit the website for more information.
