The heart relic of St. Philip Neri has completed it’s stop in Washington DC and is now on its way to the Community-in-Formation of the Oratory of St. Philip Neri in Cincinnati, Ohio through Sunday, February 7th. The Oratory has a week of events planned with ample time for veneration of the relic. Please be sure to check the Facebook page or call the Oratory to confirm events before you go.

If the relic arrives in time for the evening Mass on Candlemas, February 2 @ 7:00 p.m., we will have veneration of the relic following Mass. The relic will remain displayed for veneration throughout the week.
On Thursday, February 4, we will have special prayers, hymns, and devotions during our usual Evening Oratory prayers at 6:30 p.m. There will be a fervorino on St. Philip, concluding with veneration of the relic.
Friday, February 5 – Public Veneration from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Mass and Veneration of the Relic at 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, February 6 – Votive Latin Mass of St. Philip Neri at 8:00 a.m. with Veneration of the Relic following
Sunday, February 7 – Relic exposed during all Masses and Vespers for veneration
Monday, February 8 – Musical Evening Oratory with the Relic at 5:30 p.m. before sending off to the Oratory in New Brunswick, N.J. for their events on Thursday
